U13s Jaguars Match Report – 12th November 2023

Every game in this league is a tough game and this was no different. We will have to earn every single point this season on a very tight league.

We couldn’t really get going today and went in at half time 1.0 down.

This group of lads never give up though and they showed their spirit in the second half to come back with a goal from James from………a corner!!!

We get to do it all over again next week as we play JAM away. Let’s hope we can up our performance and get back to our form of a few weeks ago.

Martin coped really well with their long ball tactics and pacey strikers.

Rowan made a couple of good saves (sorry camera missed one) which kept us in the game but it was his sweeping off his line which pleased us the most. He has come such a long way in less than a year.

Olly B was immense today. Dominated that left side and numerous times carried us up the whole pitch with his speed and dribbling skills.

By quite some though, Lloyd took player of the day. He changed the game when he came on. He showed us how put put pressure on, win the ball and then stay composed.

An instant impact coming off the bench which changed the course of the game.

Well battled Jaguars but let’s show them what we are actually made of next week
